The Nature of Handmade Items / Damages

All of my products are handmade and due to the nature of my production method, each product may vary slightly. All of Bernice London products have normal “markings” within the leather whether there are holes, ink marks, ragged edges, etc. This is where the beauty is and what is usually highlighted in each piece. However, if you feel there is something really wrong (damaged while in transit, etc), please contact me upon receipt of the item (within 3 days) with details so it can be reviewed. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges of goods purchased directly from Bernice London. Goods purchased from my stockists must be returned to the store from which it was purchased.

BL accepts any ready to ship products for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. To begin a return, Contact BL  within 7 days of delivery to receive return instructions. When your item is received, I will credit the card used to make the original purchase minus shipping and handling.

If you are unhappy with your item, I can offer exchanges of the same item(s) on all Bernice London goods. Contact BL  within 7 days of delivery to being the exchange process.
